The power-supply cooling fan in the computer case always emits noise. What is the reason? Here's what our technicians tell you. There are four reasons:
First, the internal motor bearings of the power cooling fan are loose. Causes the sound of the blades to be unstable when they rotate.
Secondly, the fan blades of the cooling fan are jammed or edged, and axial displacement of the bearing bushing of the cooling fan motor occurs, and a "jumping" sound is generated.
Third, due to the wear of the gasket, the axial gap of the computer fan motor increases, and a strange sound is emitted after power is applied.
Fourth, when the ambient temperature is low, it is easy to condense with the dust that enters the fan bearing. In the fan motor bearing, a poor quality lubricating oil is used, which increases the resistance of the motor rotation and causes the motor to make a “click” sound.
